1 General Provisions
be111 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "be111") is an online entertainment gaming and cricket betting service provider. These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, promotions, and financial transactions on the platform.
By registering on the be111 platform or using it in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
be111 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published, and your next access to the platform will be considered automatic acceptance of the updated terms.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to register and participate on the be111 platform. The platform is open only to those aged 21 and above. be111 may request the necessary documents to verify your age at any time. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account, or identity document is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any held balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure. You are responsible for updating your information if it changes.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure security and transparency, be111 may request verification of your identity at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
3 Account Security
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You should not share your password with anyone and must avoid using easily guessable passwords.
- If you detect any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the be111 support team immediately.
- be111 will never ask you for your password. If anyone claims to be asking on behalf of be111, treat it as a fraudulent attempt.
- Transferring, selling, or allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
- Always log out after logging in on a public device or network.
be111 will not be held liable for any failure in account security, unless it is directly caused by a fault in be111's own systems.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on the be111 platform is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All deposits must be made from your own registered payment account. Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification is mandatory before withdrawals can be processed.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- be111 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals when a security check is required.
- Withdrawals from a bonus balance are only possible after the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus have been met.
- If financial irregularities or fraud are suspected, be111 may hold withdrawals and conduct any necessary investigation.
4.3 Currency and Conversion
All transactions on be111 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x (deposit + bonus). The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own validity period. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically stated.
- Bonuses are for legitimate and genuine players only. If any misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- be111 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- Some games may not count towards wagering requirements, or may count in a limited way — please refer to the detailed terms of each bonus.
5.3 VIP Program
The be111 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. Continuous active participation is required to advance tiers. be111 reserves the right to change VIP benefits and cashback rates.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on be111 are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. If a bet is placed unintentionally due to a technical error or network issue, be111 reserves the right to cancel it.
- If an event is cancelled, the funds for the relevant bet will be refunded.
- Any attempt to win through fraudulent or unethical means may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
- be111 reserves the right to set a maximum limit on any bet.
6.2 Sports Betting
When placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events, the odds provided by be111 are considered final. Official sources are used to determine match results.
6.3 Casino Games
All casino games operated on be111 are run through third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is fair and unbiased.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the be111 platform:
- Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting or abusing the bonus system, or attempting bonus arbitrage.
- Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to conduct games or betting.
- Attempting to hack another user's account or steal their information.
- Attempting to interfere with, modify, or damage be111's systems or software.
- Using be111's brand, logo, or identity without permission.
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
- Using multiple accounts to claim promotions or bonus benefits.
If any of the above activities are detected, be111 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.
8 Responsible Gaming
be111 believes that gaming should be an entertaining activity. We encourage all members to enjoy games responsibly.

- Avoid placing impulsive additional bets in an attempt to recover losses.

9 Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Suspension by be111
be111 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- Failure to complete identity verification or submission of false documents.
- If money laundering is suspected.
- In compliance with a court order or instruction from a relevant authority.
9.2 Closure by the User

10 Limitation of Liability
be111 will not bear any liability in the following cases:
- Disruption to games or bets due to technical errors, server outages, or internet connection issues.
- Account information being compromised due to your own negligence or a third party.
- Service disruption due to natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
- Personal financial loss resulting from gaming.
be111's maximum liability will in no case exceed the current balance in your account.
